Tracey E. Herzer is the past President of NAECED – the National Association for Episcopal Christian Education Directors. She is also Executive Director of LeaderResources, an electronic publishing and consulting firm specializing in Christian formation. In addition to this book, she has authored many articles and programs, including a rotational Sunday School curriculum for children called WorkshopCycles. Tracey offers consulting, retreats, training seminars and other specialized events drawing on her extensive experience in Christian Formation, as well as her own faith journey.


Nancy McLaughlin holds a Master of Arts in Theology, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Congregational Development. She is the author of Do You Believe? Living the Baptismal Covenant - an excellent resource for both individuals and congregations on Christian living.  In addition to teaching college courses and working at a church, Nancy is available for consulting, spiritual retreats, and other individualized speaking engagements or workshops.  She is also the mother of two young adult sons and does foster care as well.
